2018年度側方進入腰椎椎体間固定術の合併症に関する全国調査結果報告
2018年に本邦で施行された側方進入腰椎椎体間固定術に関して日本脊椎脊髄病学会新技術評価検証委員会が行った合併症の全国調査結果を解析した.対象2,354例(XLIF:1,130例[48%],DLIF:21例[0.9%],OLIF:1,203例[51%])の中で54例(2.3%)に合併症を発生した.調査期間中に合併症に起因する再手術を要した症例は18例(30%)で全症例の0.8%であった.大血管損傷は0.17%,神経損傷は0.04%,尿管損傷は0.04%,深部感染は0.34%に発生していた.合併症に起因する死亡が3例(0.1%)であった.術式間の比較では合併症の頻度に統計学的有意差はなかった(X...
