DHP施行症例の検討結果, 過量服薬から比較的早期にDHPが開始された症例では在院日数が短い傾向を示した. 【結論】加齢が身体的疾患の合併や治療期間の延長に関わっているため, プライマリ・ケアの医療現場において中高年の急性薬物中毒患者の診療にあたる際は, 身体的疾患合併の有無を検索することが重要であると考えられる. また, 重症急性薬物中毒患者の治療におけるDHPの適切な使用に関しては, 今後更なる検討が必要であると考えられた. |
