甲状腺低分化癌について

甲状腺低分化癌は，高分化癌と未分化癌の中間的な形質を示す濾胞上皮由来の悪性腫瘍である。病理形態学的には，腫瘍細胞が正常な分化から逸脱し，濾胞状配列ではなく，充実性，索状ないし島状といった特徴的な増殖パターン（低分化成分）を示す。2004年のWHO分類において独立した組織型として定められた。本邦でも2005年の第６版甲状腺癌取扱い規約にて採用されたが，WHO分類の組織診断基準と違いがあり，充実型乳頭癌が含まれていた。取扱い規約第７版の改訂により，低分化癌の組織診断基準に「低分化成分が全体50％以上を占め，乳頭癌に典型的な核所見はみられないことの」が加えられ，WHO分類に一致するものとなった。本稿...
