BODE indexの重症度別呼吸リハビリテーション効果
COPD患者の多次元的重症度評価は生命予後の観点から重要であるといわれている．しかし，呼吸リハビリテーションのBODE indexの重症度別の効果は明らかでない．対象はADLの自立している外来呼吸リハが可能なCOPD患者37名．週に1回，3ヵ月間の介入を行った．介入前後で呼吸機能検査，下肢筋力検査，6分間歩行試験，QOL評価を行った．BODE indexの重症度別にⅠ群（軽症），Ⅱ群（中等症），Ⅲ群（重症），Ⅳ群（最重症）と群分けし，効果を検討した．Ⅱ，Ⅲ群は介入前後で呼吸機能，運動機能の有意な改善が認められた．群間での改善率の比較では，呼吸機能でⅡ，Ⅲ群はⅠ群と比較し有意に高く，運動耐容能で...
