頭頸部癌の超選択的動注化学療法に有用な外頸動脈分枝の分岐様式の検討

頭頸部血管造影所見を基に頭頸部癌の超選択的動注化学療法に於いて有用と考えられる外頸動脈の分岐様式を解析した.過去 9 年間に当院で施行された頭頸部血管造影所見を基に外頸動脈 5 分枝の検討を行った.上甲状腺動脈,舌動脈,顔面動脈,上行咽頭動脈では,外頸動脈からの単独分岐が最も多く,共通幹の割合は過去の報告よりも多かった.上甲状腺動脈の検討では,角度が緩やかに下方へ,向きは前方への分岐が多くみられた.後頭動脈は,顔面動脈と舌動脈の間からの分岐が多く,共通幹を軸にした分類では舌動脈と顔面動脈共通幹の頭側での分岐が多くみられた.今回我々の検討した血管解剖の解析結果は,頭頸部癌の動注療法に於ける効果的...
