ヒトにおける長橈側手根伸筋から上腕二頭筋への神経投射

長橈側手根伸筋(ECRL)から同側上腕二頭筋(BB)の運動神経への神経投射を,post-stimulus time histogram法を用いて調べた.被験者は健常者10名である.針電極を用いてECRL筋枝に電気刺激を与えたところ,計10個の運動単位のうち15個に抑制,10個に促通が観察された.両者ともECRLの運動閾値より低い刺激強度でも観察された.両者の潜時を検討するため,表面電極による肘関節部での正中神経刺激によって単シナプス性Ia促通を観察した.潜時比較の結果,ECRL筋枝への刺激により得られた反応は,単もしくは二シナプス性投射であると考えられた....
