3.腎硬化症
腎硬化症,あるいは高血圧性腎障害による透析導入患者数が増加しており,腎硬化症の発症予防,進行阻止が急務とされる.しかし,病理学的には“細動脈の硬化性変化による腎障害”と定義される腎硬化症と高血圧の関係は実ははっきりしておらず,またagingとの線引き,粥状動脈硬化による虚血性腎症との鑑別など多くの問題が未解決のままである.今後日本人における大規模かつ長期の観察研究を行う必要がある....
