1992年にFusterらが急性冠症候群（acute coronary syndrome）の概念を提唱し，当疾患の病態はほぼ確立された1）．不安定狭心症，急性心筋梗塞，冠動脈突然死が冠動脈プラークの破綻，びらんとそれに引き続く血栓形成により引き起されるとする概念であり，不安定狭心症，急性心筋梗塞が同一の発症病態であると認識されるようになった．ここでは急性冠症候群に特徴的な生化学的検査につき概説する．...
