冠動脈バイパス術後1カ月で収縮性心膜炎を発症した1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．81歳男性，労作性狭心症に対して冠動脈バイパス術を施行した．術後1カ月で労作時の息切れと心嚢水・両側胸水が出現した．心嚢・胸腔ドレナージ施行後にステロイド治療を開始するも右心不全症状は増悪，収縮性心膜炎の診断で心膜切除術を施行した．術後拡張障害は改善し，術後117日目に独歩で自宅退院した．...
