Ehlers-Danlos症候群を伴う習慣性顎関節脱臼に対して関節隆起切除術を施行した1例

われわれはEhlers-Danlos症候群（EDS）による習慣性顎関節脱臼に対して，関節隆起切除術を行った1例を報告する。患者は34歳の女性，当院整形外科より左側顎関節の脱臼と疼痛の加療を目的に当科紹介受診された。中学生時よりほぼ毎日左側顎関節が脱臼し，自己整復していた。現在も1日に2，3回程度症状が発現する。エックス線画像では左側関節隆起関節面の一部は平坦化を認め，MR画像では閉口位で関節円板は前方および内側転位しており，開口位でも関節円板の復位は認めなかった。2019年5月に左側関節隆起切除術を施行した。手術後2年経過しているが左側顎関節脱臼の症状は消失し，良好な顎運動が保たれている。...
