腹部大動脈瘤に対する人工血管置換術とステントグラフト内挿術における周術期の炎症・線溶凝固障害に関する血液学的比較分析

【目的】腹部大動脈瘤に対する人工血管置換術(O群)とステントグラフト内挿術(E群)の炎症・凝固線溶系を血液学的比較分析した。【方法】紡錘状腹部大動脈瘤径45 mm以上のO群16例とE群6例を比較。【結果】両群間の最大短径に差。高齢でも短入院期間はE群。術後合併症O群1例, E群1例。hsCRP値(ng/mL)は,術前有意差ないも,O群高値。TAT値はE群,PIC値はO群で高値。【結論】O群は高炎症,E群は高線溶,凝固は両群とも収束した。...
