総大腿–膝窩動脈バイパス術後末梢側吻合部狭窄に対しVIABAHNを用いて血管内治療を施行した1例

症例は74歳男性。左浅大腿動脈閉塞に対して以前に人工血管(GORE PROPATEN 8 mm)による左総大腿動脈–膝窩動脈バイパス術(FP bypass術)を施行した。術後1年10カ月後に間欠性跛行症状の再発を認めた。computed tomography angiogramを施行したところ,FP bypassグラフトの末梢側吻合部に75~90%狭窄を認めた。同部位に対してVIABAHNを用いて経皮的血管内治療を施行した。術後ABI値は正常化し下肢症状も消失した。術後23カ月経過した現在でも間欠性跛行症状なく安定して経過している。...
