経カテーテル血栓溶解療法が有効であった急性期深部静脈血栓症の1例
急性期深部静脈血栓症に対しては抗凝固療法が標準治療であるが，長期経過での血栓後症候群の発症が，とくに腸骨大腿静脈型の血栓症においては高率である。よって早期の血行再建が重要であり，今回われわれは腸骨大腿静脈型急性期深部静脈血栓症に対し経カテーテル血栓溶解療法を施行し有効であった1例を経験した。適応症例を選択すれば本法は有効な治療法である。...
