要旨:症例は77 歳女性。2009 年に右総腸骨動脈瘤を併存する最大短径50 mm の腹部大動脈瘤に対して,右内腸骨動脈のコイル塞栓術およびステントグラフト内挿術を施行した。術後2 年目までは瘤径不変であったが,3 年目53 mm,4 年目57 mm と増大傾向を認めた。血管造影で,コイル塞栓後の右内腸骨動脈再開通によるtype II エンドリークを確認したため,後腹膜経路で右内腸骨動脈を露出し,起始部を結紮した。...
