下肢静脈瘤の血管内治療術後の血栓合併症と対策
要旨:伏在型下肢静脈瘤8318 肢に施行した血管内治療術後に生じた血栓合併症について検討した。endovenous heat-induced thrombosis class 2 以上は5.3%に認められ,ほとんどが自然消失した。近位型深部静脈血栓症は0.05%に認められたが,両者の直接の因果関係は認められなかった。高位結紮を伴わない血管内治療は従来の伏在静脈抜去術と比較しても安全な治療法と考えられた。...
