帝王切開術翌日に心肺停止となったが， 集学的治療により救命し得た重症急性肺塞栓症の1例
25歳女性．第3子の帝王切開翌日に心肺停止となり当院に搬送．造影CT検査にて両側肺動脈主幹部に造影欠損像を認め，重症急性肺塞栓症と診断した．経皮的人工心肺補助法を導入し，引き続き血栓溶解療法および血栓除去術を行った．その後，血行動態は改善し，第3病日に経皮的人工心肺補助法から離脱した．しかし，帝王切開時の創部から腹腔内・骨盤内出血が持続し，巨大血腫を形成した．血腫の尿管圧迫による腎後性腎不全も併発し，第4病日に血腫除去術および止血術を施行した．播種性血管内凝固症候群も併発し，輸血および持続的血液濾過透析も必要としたが，全身状態は次第に改善した．第30病日に独歩退院した．退院時，明らかな神経学的...
