肘関節拘縮に対する拡散型圧力波療法を併用した保存療法の治療成績

軟部組織要素による肘関節拘縮例に対して従来の理学療法と拡散型圧力波療法(RPW)を併用し,その臨床効果を調査した.  肘関節拘縮10例10肘(年齢は平均18.8歳,男性8例・女性2例,外傷後3肘・術後7肘 )を対象とした.RPWの治療期間は平均3.3ヶ月であった.  合併症は皮下出血1肘のみであった.治療前/後の平均肘関節可動域は,屈曲102/129,伸展 -37/-15,回外88/89,回内 84/85と屈曲と伸展が有意に改善し,平均疼痛VASは夜間 34/12,安静時 18/15,運動時 58/18と夜間と運動時が有意に軽減し,JOA-JESスコアは64/88と有意に改善した.RPWは従来...
