野球選手の肘関節尺側側副靱帯損傷に対する収束型体外衝撃波療法を併用した保存療法の臨床成績
野球選手の肘関節UCL損傷に対する収束型対外衝撃波療法(ESWT)の臨床成績を調査した.対象は野球選手15例15肘で,初診時年齢は平均18.2歳,全例男性で,ESWT照射回数野は平均4.1回で,経過観察期間は平均10.3か月であった.投球時痛VASが照射前68±13点から最終観察時12±9点,JOA-JES肘スポーツスコアが42±12点から84±11点,quick DASH sportsが65±22点から9±15点,投球パフォーマンスは22±8%から89±10%へと有意に改善した.治療開始から投球再開までの期間は平均4.2±0.8週,試合復帰時期は治療開始後平均1.9±1.4か月だった.JOA...
