胸膜に血行性転移をきたした膠芽腫の1例
62歳, 男性. 右側頭葉膠芽腫にて開頭腫瘍摘出術施行. 肉眼的全摘出後にテモゾロミドを併用した放射線化学療法を追加した. 以後はテモゾロミド単独の維持化学療法を行った. 術後17カ月で摘出腔内側に再発を認め, その後, 大量胸水にて緊急入院となった. 胸部CTにて胸膜に多発する腫瘤を認め, 生検による病理診断の結果, 膠芽腫の胸膜への血行性転移と判明した....
