遺伝子不安定性を検討した同時性大腸6多発癌の1例

大腸に6箇所の同時性多発癌を認めた症例を経験した.症例は65歳,男性.家族歴は原爆により両親・兄弟全員が死亡したため詳細不明.大腸内視鏡によりS状結腸に2型潰瘍性病変が,上行結腸・S状結腸に10箇所の隆起性病変が認められた. 2型潰瘍性病変に対しては前方切除術を,隆起性病変に対してはpolypectomyを施行した.病理組織学的検討により,進行癌1病変(ss),早期癌5病変(m, 3病変; sm, 2病変),腺腫3病変が認められた.以上の9箇所の腫瘍性病変について, DNAを抽出し遺伝子不安定性を検討したところいずれの病変部においてもreplication errorはみられなかった....
