35歳以下の乳癌症例の検討

1975年6月から1995年12月の間にBt+Ax以上の乳房切除術を施行した乳癌症例865例を,手術時年齢が35歳以下の症例(A群), 36歳から49歳までの症例(B群)および50歳以上の症例(C群)の3群に分け,手術時年齢が35歳以下の乳癌症例の臨床的特徴,予後を検討した.
