第13回心臓性急死研究会 2度の心室細動発作より救命され植込み型除細動器で治療した特発性心室細動の1例

症例は30歳女性.生来健康で心疾患の既往はない.1999年8月夏祭りの綱引きの最中に突然意識消失し心肺停止となり,その場に偶然居合わせた医師により心肺蘇生術施行された.搬送中の救急車内でのモニター心電図にて心室細動が確認され電気的除細動により洞調律へ復し当院入院となった.原因検索のために,心臓カテーテル検査等諸検査施行したが器質的心疾患は認めず,電気生理検査でも頻拍性不整脈は誘発されなかった.しかし,入院中にトイレの中で再び意識消失しているのを発見され心肺蘇生術施行.モニター心電図にて再び心室細動が確認され電気的除細動にて回復.本症例は,心室細動の明らかな原因がなく特発性心室細動と診断し,植込...
