腹部緊急手術における敗血症性DICに対する遺伝子組み換え型ヒト可溶性トロンボモジュリンの有用性 傾向スコアマッチングを用いた検討
【背景と目的】腹部緊急手術後敗血症性DICに対するrhTMの有用性と安全性を検討した。【対象と方法】2009～2014年の腹部緊急手術後敗血症性DIC症例147例を対象とした。rhTM使用群（T群）と不使用群（C群）で傾向スコア解析を用いて比較検討した。【結果】症例数はT群/C群＝83/64で傾向スコアマッチングでT群/C群おのおの47例を抽出した。急性期DIC score（day0→day7）はT群において有意に改善したが28日生存率は両群間で有意差を認めなかった。有害事象に有意差はなかった。術前SOFA score，APACHEⅡscoreで4群に分けるとSOFA≧6，APACHEⅡ≧20...
