進行口腔癌に対する逆行性超選択的動注化学放射線療法（総説）
局所進行口腔癌に対する手術は術後機能障害，整容的な問題が生じ，QOLの低下を引き起こす。逆行性超選択的動注化学療法は放射線療法との連日同時併用療法が可能となり，優れた局所制御率から進行口腔癌に対し臓器温存が可能となった。われわれは臓器温存のため進行口腔癌に対し根治的逆行性超選択的動注化学放射線療法を施行し，良好な結果を報告した。本稿では動注化学放射線療法の概要につき述べる。...
