秋田県大曲のつつがむし病患者発生地におけるアカツツガムシによる皮膚炎
秋田県大曲の雄物川川岸のつつがむし病患者発生地で作業中，アカツツガムシ幼虫の吸着を受けた61歳男性の臨床症状の経過と病理組織像を観察した．作業の12時間後に頸部，腋や乳輪周囲，肘窩など12か所に痛みが出現し，24～96時間継続した．幼虫の吸着時間は平均59.3時間で，吸着部は数日～1週間は紅色丘疹を呈し，1～2週間で色素沈着を残して軽快した．吸着後30, 40, 54時間後の病理組織検査では，吸着部にstylostomeの形成を認め，その皮膚侵入部位の表皮細胞は溶解し，先端は真皮に及んだ．Stylostomeの周囲は硝子様となり，その外側にマクロファージ，リンパ球，好中球などの炎症細胞浸潤を認...
