鼻茸の免疫組織学的観察
6名の成人患者から手術時に採取した11個の鼻茸を用いて免疫組織学的に以下の物質の存在の有無を調べた。ケラチン, トランスフェリン, ラクトフェリン, フィブリノーゲン, リゾチーム, ビメンチン, 第8因子, EMA, S-100蛋白である。トランスフェリン, フィブリノーゲンおよび第8因子は鼻茸の上皮下組織に極めて多量に存在した。これは特に浮腫型で著明であった。これらの物質は血清蛋白なので, 血管透過性が充進して血清が組織内に漏出したものと思われる。S-100蛋白の存在をみると茎部を除いて鼻茸のどこにも神経線維は認められなかった。従って, 鼻茸は自律神経支配が欠けるために成長するものと考えた...
