睡眠呼吸障害を認めたApert症候群の1例

睡眠呼吸障害を伴ったApert症候群の男児に対し終夜睡眠ポリグラフ検査を手術前後 (咽頭扁桃切除術・口蓋裂手術) に施行し評価した。術前の終夜睡眠ポリグラフ検査では, 無呼吸低呼吸指数は202回/hrで, 深睡眠32.4%, REM睡眠33.4%であった。術後の終夜睡眠ポリグラフ検査では, 無呼吸低呼吸指数13.6回/hr, 深睡眠30.2%, REM睡眠147%であり, 睡眠呼吸障害のうち無呼吸は改善したが低呼吸は依然として残存していた。本症例における睡眠呼吸障害は, 上気道形態のうち軟部組織の異常のみが原因ではなく, 上顎低形成による影響も一因をていると考えられた。...
