仙骨前面骨髄脂肪腫の1例
S状結腸癌の術前検査にて偶発的に発見され，癌手術に際して同時切除した仙骨前面の骨髄脂肪腫の症例を経験した．症例は70歳の男性で，S状結腸癌の術前検査の腹部CTにて第3から第5仙椎前面に内部不均一に淡い造影効果を示す径4cmの腫瘤が見られた．MRIでは脂肪成分の含有を認め辺縁も一部不整であったことから，脂肪肉腫の術前診断にて，S状結腸癌の手術にあわせて同時に切除した．仙骨前面腫瘤は径4cm大の被膜形成の明瞭な充実性腫瘤で仙骨前面に比較的強固に付着していたが浸潤はなかった．組織学的には成熟脂肪組織の増生とその中に混在する三系統（赤血球，白血球，血小板）の造血細胞からなる骨髄組織が見られ，悪性所見は...
