第11回体表心臓微小電位研究会 健常人におけるP波の加算平均心電図 性差,年齢差

| Abstract | 目的:加算平均心電図(SAE)のP波の正常値とその性, 年齢差を検討する. 対象: 健常者120例,男性56例,女性64例,平均年齢44.5±10.2歳.方法:フクダ電子社製FDX-6500を用い,P波トリガー法で, 双極のフランク誘導(X,Y,Z) を使用し,バタワース特性の(F),(B)のデジタルフィルター(40Hz(18dB/oct)～300Hz(12dB/oct))で記録した.計測は(F),(B)のfiltered P duration(fPd(F),fPd(B)),両方向補正fPd(c-fPd),終末部20msの電位(RMS20)(F),(RMS20)(B)の5項目.結果:1.P波の正常範囲は,fPd(F)は117.8～136.4,fPd(B)は116.4～134.4,c-fPdは97.4～115.2,RMS20(F)は1.6～3.6,RMS20(B)は2.2～5.4であった.2.男女の比較では,fPdは女性で小さく(fPd(F)はp<0.001,fPd(B)はp<0.01の有意差を認め),RMS20は女性で大きかった(RMS20の(F),(B)ともP<0,05の有意差を認めた).3.(F),(B)のfPd,c-fPdと体表面積および年齢との間に弱い正相関を認めたが,(F),(B)のRMS20と体表面積および年齢との間の相関関係は明らかでなかった.総括:P波の正常値とその性差,年齢差について示した. |
