| Summary: | This research presents an algorithm approach for system characterization which can be used in controller design aimed at achieving Line of Sight stabilization of Gimbal sight without relying on costly Dynamic Signal Analyzer instead a MATLAB based algorithm is developed to extract Bode Plot (Amplitude and Phase) of system using swept sine excitation. To validate the algorithm, a low pass filter model and experimental gimbal is employed as plant. By comparing the Bode plot generated from algorithm with theoretical Bode plot of filter the algorithm is validated. Furthermore, a real-time-user-friendly GUI is developed for the code. |
