脳血管疾患患者の座位における体幹を前方から支持する補助具の注意機能への影響

要旨：体幹を前方から支持する補助具（以下，体幹前方サポート）の注意機能への有効性を明確化し，Activities of Daily Living（以下，ADL）上での影響について検討した．脳血管疾患患者に対し，体幹前方サポートあり・なし座位でクロスオーバー研究に沿って注意機能の検査および主観点数，荷重中心位置を測定した．結果，体幹前方サポートあり座位は，検査成績および主観点数，荷重中心位置に有意差を認めた．体幹前方サポートは注意機能に対し有効で，ADL上では食事動作の一助となる可能性が示唆された．今後の展望として，対象やさまざまな作業場面を想定した，体幹前方サポートの使用や有用性を検討したい． 　We clarified the effectiveness of an assistive device that supports the trunk from the front (hereafter referred to as “anterior trunk support”) on attentional function and investigated its influence on Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Patients with cerebrovascular disease were seated with or without an anterior trunk support, and the test of attention function, subjective scores, and center of load position were measured according to a crossover study. The results showed that the sitting position with anterior trunk support significantly affected test performance, subjective scores, and load center position. The results suggest that anterior trunk support is effective for attentional function and may help eating in ADL. Future prospects include the use and usefulness of the anterior trunk support for different subjects and in different work situations.
