Summary:Recently, Loewner Matrix (LM) based algorithms were introduced for generating time-domain macromodels based on frequency-domain data. These methods were shown to be very efficient and accurate for systems with large number of ports. Traditional LM method can handle only single variable frequency-domain data i.e. the data depending on frequency only. Multivariate data (data depends on frequency and other parameters as well) needs to be handled for parametric macromodeling. In this paper, we showed the difficulty of obtaining the parametric macromodels using the standard LM method, and propose a LM based algorithm that is suitable for parameterization.
