| Abstract | Healthcare big data is crucial to the development and innovation of the healthcare industry. However, since medical and health data have multi-interest subject conflicts, the evaluation from a single perspective cannot comprehensively reflect the level of sharing and opening of medical and health data resources, while systematic healthcare data ecosystem-related research is still insufficient. Therefore, this literature review study, first, defines the concept and characteristics of the healthcare data ecosystem based on ecosystem theory. Secondly, combing the literature related to healthcare data multi-subject collaborative symbiosis summarizes five key aspects of healthcare data multi-subject collaborative symbiosis: concept, types, cases, influencing factors, and optimization strategies. Finally, the problems and challenges of existing healthcare data ecology research are analyzed, and future research directions are proposed. In addition, the role of the National Data Bureau (NDA) in building collaborative symbiosis mechanisms is introduced. The role in building a collaborative symbiosis mechanism for healthcare data ecosystems aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the development and innovation of healthcare data ecosystems. |
