Abstract_FL The rapid development of electric vehicles has brought a huge amount of retired power batteries,but there is a lack of scientific selection methods for the scenarios of their second-life.This thesis carries out the research on the evaluation method of the applicability of grid energy storage scenarios for the second-life of batteries.Firstly,from the three dimensions of technical performance,economic performance and safety performance,an evaluation index system for the applicability of grid energy storage scenarios of second-life batteries is constructed,which comprehensively considers the battery operation status,economic benefits of energy storage configuration and safety risks of second-life.Secondly,the multi-attribute group decision-making method is adopted to optimally set the evaluation dimension weights;the CRITIC method and entropy weight method are used to form a combined assignment method to set the weights of the evaluation indexes.Then,an evaluation algorithm for the applicability of application scenarios based on the improved VIKOR algorithm is designed.Finally,for the three typical grid energy storage application scenarios of peak/valley arbitrage,flattening of renewable energy output fluctuation and FM auxiliary service,the applicability of grid energy storage application scenarios for a given retired power battery state is quantitatively calculated.The applicability evaluation method of grid energy storage scenarios proposed in this paper can select the applicable scenarios for a state-given retired power batteries,and provide a basis for relevant decision-makers in actual projects.
