三维动脉自旋标记评价丁苯酞注射液对急性缺血性卒中患者脑血流的影响

目的 采用MRI三维动脉自旋标记(3-dimensional arterial spin labeling,3D-ASL)技术观察急性缺血性卒中患者使用丁苯酞注射液对脑血流灌注的影响.方法 纳入60例非大动脉狭窄或闭塞性急性缺血性卒中患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例).对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用丁苯酞注射液,疗程为14 d.治疗前后均进行头颅3D-ASL检查来测量梗死灶相对脑血流量(relative cerebral blood flow,rCBF)的变化.结果 观察组和对照组治疗前rCBF差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组rCBF高于对照组(0.97±0.45...
