耦合谐振诱导透明效应的路由器研究

基于传统的并联微环阵列很难实现滤波信道的切换,针对此问题,文章利用耦合谐振诱导透明(CRIT)效应的频谱特性设计了一种新型2×2路由器。首先,使用传输矩阵法仿真并分析了产生CRIT效应的相长干涉和相消干涉条件,并对产生的两个CRIT信道进行控制;然后,设计了新型路由器并研究了传输系数与微环半径差对路由器性能的影响。研究证明:通过设置相干长度可以灵活控制相邻双环的CRIT信道;增大微环半径差可以扩大路由器带宽。所设计的路由器基本满足波长交换和路由的稳定可靠、灵活度高和抗干扰能力强等要求。...
