一例丹顶鹤幼鹤血液原虫致死病例报告

依据临床病理变化、系统病理学观察、实验室检测及病原菌分离培养等技术对大连某动物园1只死亡丹顶鹤(Grus japonensis)幼鹤进行诊断。组织病理学观察结果显示:心肌、肺、肝和脾组织大面积坏死,坏死区域及周边散在分布大量寄生于细胞内的蓝染的、直径6~14 μm、呈圆形、椭圆形或香蕉状的虫体,肾间质及肠黏膜固有层亦可观察到大量虫体,诊断该病例为感染血液原虫(Leucocytozoon sp.)致死,研究结果可为今后相关野生动物疾病诊断及防控提供参考。...
