食蟹猴芯片标记实效评价

植入式无源微芯片广泛应用于动物个体的标记,在管理CITES附录物种活体标本方面具有较大潜力。采用无源芯片对食蟹猴进行皮下植入式标记,扫描、监测芯片在食蟹猴体内的状态和效果,观察和研究芯片植入对食蟹猴的影响,发现芯片游走率为6%;当植入时间长于6个月时,代码可识读的个体1 057只,占90.11%;扫描不出代码但可触摸到芯片(芯片断裂或损坏)的个体60只,占5.12%;扫描不出代码也触摸不到芯片的个体56只,占4.77%。评价食蟹猴芯片标记的实际效果和适用性,总结现存的主要问题,研究并提小有关食蟹猴芯片标记技术规范的建议。...

Implantable passive microchips are widely used to mark and identify animals,and have great potential in the management of live animal species whose trade is restricted by CITES.Passive chips were implanted subcutaneously into cynomolgus monkeys;Macaca fascicularis) for individual identification.We scaned and monitored the function and effect of chip implantation.We recorded the status and performance of the chips,and found the proportion of chips that migrated was 6%.After implantation for longer than six months,the code of 1 057 chips implanted in cynomolgus monkeys could be read,accounting for 90%of total implants.Chip codes of 60 monk
