三种林蛙油内重金属的含量测定及食用安全性评价

Notes To understand the heavy metals pollution in oviductus ranae( dried fatty tissues of true frogs) of Rana dybowskii,Rana amurensis and Rana chensinensis,oviductus ranae was collected and digested by a wet digestion method. The Sn content was assayed by the fluorescence colorimetric method. Cd、Cr、Cu and Pb contents were determined by the atomic absorption method.The single-factor pollution index and weekly tolerable intake were used to evaluate the pollution degree of the five heavy metals in three species of oviductus ranae and its safety as a food product. The content of heavy metals in samples from Rana dybowskii were Sn 10-20 μg/kg,Cd 50-90 μg/kg,Cr 670-720 μg/kg,Cu 100-250 μg/kg and Pb 60-90 μg/kg. The content of heavy metals in samples from Rana amurensis were Sn 12-22 μg/kg,Cd 80-110 μg/kg,Cr700-820 μg/kg,Cu 150-250 μg/kg and Pb 80-100 μg/kg.
