D型肉毒梭菌生物毒素防治青海田鼠的试验研究

采用霍恩氏法测得D型肉毒梭菌毒素对青海田鼠的灌胃半数致死量LD_（50）=5.01万MLD/kg体重,95%可信限为3.08~8.14万MLD/kg体重,表明D型肉毒灭鼠剂对青海田鼠敏感;实验以小麦做基饵,测得青海田鼠对小麦基饵的D型肉毒灭鼠剂有选择适口性良好,摄食系数为0.92;无选择适口性很好,摄食系数为1.15;再遇适口性良好,摄食系数为1.15。该项试验研究为利用D型肉毒梭菌生物毒素进行大面积青海田鼠的防治提供了基础数据。...

We used Horn＇s method to measure the effect of type D botulinum rodenticide on Qinghai voles.The results showed that the gastric LD_（50） was 50 100 MLD/kg body weight.The 95%confidence limit was 30 800-81 400 MLD/kg body weight.Qinghai voles proved sensitive to type D botulinum rodenticide.Type D botulinum rodenticide had good selective palatability to Qinghai voles with feeding coefficient 0.92.Selectiveness palatability was high with a feeding coefficient of1.15.Repeat palatability was high with a feeding coefficient of 1.15.Type D botulinum rodenticide proved effective for control of Qinghai voles.
