User demand is the driving force of Library Development,to provide users with timely and accurate information services is the ultimate purpose of the library service.The ideal subject service should be based on the user knowledge requirements,deep into the user research and teaching,learning,whenever and wherever possible to provide professional and personalized value-added knowledge service.Based on user needs as the core wizard,this paper discusses how university library build and provide the subject service.
