Abstract_FL By comparing three common methods of meter constant test, the test of reference meter for electrical energy is more suitable for multi batch of smart verification. Test method based on reference meter for electrical energy and pulse of verified electric energy meter is used respectively to analyze smart meter of various manufactures. Test results show that errors of pulse or electric energy of smart meter under meter constant test wouldn’t go worse with increase of electric energy during the test;rational electric energy during the test could improve misjudgment rate and efficiency un-der requirement of verification regulation and reliability of verification quality.
