| Abstract_FL | The 20th National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China have outlined the great significance and direction of advancing Chinese modernization with high-quality development in the context of comprehensive deepening reform.A review of existing literature reveals that previous research has primarily focused on discussing the necessity,logic,approach,and significance of promoting Chinese modernization with high-quality development.However,there is a lack of in-depth exploration into the practice forms and intrinsic characteristics of this process.Therefore,it is essential to conduct a thorough analysis of the operational mechanisms involved in promoting Chinese modernization with high-quality development.From an operational perspective,what kind of practice form is presented to promote Chinese modernization through high-quality development within the framework of comprehensive deepening reform?Furthermore,what are the intrinsic characteristics associated with these forms of practice?Addressing these questions holds great significance for advancing socialist modernization in the new era.
First of all,the article expounds on the intrinsic connection among comprehensive deepening reform,high-quality development and Chinese modernization.High-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization and represents the primary task of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way.Comprehensive deepening reform provides fundamental impetus for high-quality development and Chinese modernization,serving as a key driver for promoting high-quality development and advancing Chinese modernization.Comprehensive deepening reform and Chinese modernization are mutually dependent and complementary.On one hand,comprehensive deepening reform embodies a significant principle that must be adhered to in achieving Chinese modernization.On the other hand,Chinese modernization is a distinct theme that must be firmly upheld in comprehensively deepening reform.
Secondly,the article explains the practice form of promoting Chinese modernization with high quality development from three aspects.One is the critical practice form of sublating the West.That is to say,through high-quality development of population,spirit,and ecology,the Chinese modernization is promoted to criticize the development and modernization of the West as the development and modernization of the minority,the imbalance of"material-spirit"and"material-nature".The second is the systematic practice form with multiple systems as an overall plan.That is,to promote Chinese modernization through high-quality development of the action system,the institutional system,and the strategic system.The third is the practice form of people-centered governance.That is,to promote Chinese modernization through high-quality development of national governance,government governance and social governance.
In the end,the article elucidates the intrinsic characteristics corresponding to the aforementioned practice forms from three aspects.First,the critical form of practice demonstrates the characteristics of autonomy.It is the crystallization of Marxism in China and The Times,dispelling the myth that the model of"development promotes modernization"is fixed in one place,and promoting the development of world socialism in a peaceful and mutually beneficial way.Second,systematic practice form reflects dialectical characteristics encompassing both the dialectical external and internal dialectical characteristics.Third,the governance practice form presents the characteristics of value,which is for the true interests of the people,addressing the issue of"people entering the state,"truly realizing the interests of the people,and striving for the free and comprehensive development of individuals.
Standing at a new historical starting point,we must conduct research on high-quality development and Chinese modernization from different perspectives and fields such as the West,the system,and governance,elucidate the practice forms and intrinsic characteristics of promoting Chinese modernization with high-quality development under the background of comprehensively deepening reform,and grasp its unique intrinsic characteristics,which is the mission of the new era.Based on this,this study tells the truth of why Chinese modernization road is good and feasible on the basis of"internal connection","practice form"and"intrinsic characteristics".It also provides valuable reference for subsequent research,thus possessing significant theoretical and practical value. |
