OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia. METHODS: 80 patients with senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia admitted into Jiangxi Xinfeng County People's Hospital from Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2016 were selected to be divided observation group and control group via the random number table, with 40 cases in each. The control group were treated with conventional coronary artery disease drugs and antiarrhythmic drug treatment, while the observation group were additionally given amiodarone based on the control group. The treatment effects of two groups were compared and observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 92. 5%( 37/40),significantly higher than that of control group[72. 5%( 29/40) ],with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). After treatment, the heart rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of con
