2013—2016年某综合性三级甲等医院质子泵抑制剂应用分析
目的：了解2013—2016年某综合性三级甲等医院（以下简称＂该院＂）质子泵抑制剂应用情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法：对2013—2016年该院门诊及住院患者应用质子泵抑制剂的品种、使用量、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用、药品销售金额排序（B）/DDDs排序（A）等进行回顾性统计分析。结果：2013—2016年,该院质子泵抑制剂的销售金额逐年增长;奥美拉唑肠溶片（10 mg）的用药频度排序均居首位,且其B/A远〉1,说明其价格低廉,应用较多;注射用兰索拉唑的销售金额排序均居首位,其B/A远〈1,说明其价格较高。结论：该院质子泵抑制剂的使用较合理,但也存在部分不合理用药现象。临床医师应根据临床需...

| Bibliography: | PPI; Analysis of drug application; DDDs; Rational drug application OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application of proton pump inhibitors（PPI）in a comprehensive 3-A grade hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂this hospital＂）during 2013-2016, and provide references for rational drug application. METHODS： To carry out a retrospective statistical analysis of varieties, usage amount, consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and sequence of consumption sum（ B）/sequence of DDDs（A） of PPI in outpatient of this hospital from 2013 to 2016. RESULTS： From 2013 to 2016, the consumption sum of PPI increased year by year; the DDDs of Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets（ 10 mg） ranked the 1 st, and its B/A was far more than 1, which indicated its low price and wide application; the consumption sum of Lansoprazole injection ranked the 1st, and its B/A was far less than 1, which indicated its high price.
