高效液相色谱法测定醋制消肿止痛液中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、羟基红花黄色素A的含量

Abstract_FL OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for content determination method of matrine,oxymatrine and hydroxy safflower yellow A contents in Xiaozhongzhitong vinegar liquid by HPLC.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted,the column was Sinochrom ODS-BP(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and column temperature of 30 ℃,Matrine and oxymatrine were determined by mobile phase acetonitrile 0.2% and phosphoric acid water(V∶ V=92∶ 8).Triethylamine was used to adjust PH value to 6.0,and the wave length was 220 nm.Hydroxy safflower yellow A was determined with mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.2% methanoic acid water(V∶ V =15∶85) and detection wavelength of 403 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear when the sample ranges of matrine,oxymatrine and hydroxy safflower yellow A were at 0.412-1.648 μg,0.448-1.792 μg and 0.22-0.88 μg,respectively (r =0.999 5,r =0.999 3 and r =0.999 4).The average recovery rate and RSD of matrine was at 98.90% and 0.42%,oxymatrine was at 99.08% and 0.69%,and hydroxy safflower yellow A was at 99.03% and 0.44%.CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the detection of quality of Xiaozhongzhitong liquid,which can provide the theoretical basis for the development and application of Xiaozhongzhitong vinegar liquid.

OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for content determination method of matrine,oxymatrine and hydroxy safflower yellow A contents in Xiaozhongzhitong vinegar liquid by HPLC. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted,the column was Sinochrom ODS-BP( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min and column temperature of 30 ℃. Matrine and oxymatrine were determined by mobile phase acetonitrile 0. 2% and phosphoric acid water( V ∶ V = 92∶ 8). Triethylamine was used to adjust PH value to 6. 0,and the wave length was 220 nm.
