高效液相色谱/电喷雾-离子阱-飞行时间质谱联用法分析桂枝汤的化学成分
目的:应用高效液相色谱/电喷雾-离子阱-飞行时间质谱联用技术对桂枝汤中多种化学成分进行定性分析。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱;质谱采用电喷雾电离离子源,正、负离子检测模式下采集数据。结果:通过分析质谱信息与元素组成,并与对照品对照或参考相关文献数据,指认了桂枝汤中51种化合物,其中20种化合物为桂枝汤中首次报道。结论:研究结果为进一步阐明桂枝汤的药效物质提供了参考。...

Abstract_FL | OBJECTIVE: To qualitatively identify the chemical constituents in Guizhi decoction by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC )/electrospray ionization-ion trap-time-of-flight mass spectrometry . METHODS:Analysis was conducted on an Agilent Zorbax SB C 18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) with 0.1%formic acid ( A)-acetonitrile ( B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution .ESI ion source was used for MS , and MS data were collected in negative and positive modes .RESULTS: Through analyzing MS data and element composition and by comparing with reference substances or with data from literature , 51 constituents from Guizhi decoction has been identified , among which 20 constituents were reported for the first time in Guizhi decoction .CONCLUSIONS:The results provide reference for further elucidation of active substance of Guizhi decoction . |
