粉尘在线监测与事故预警系统关键技术研发
粉尘具有多重危害,是造成职业病及粉尘爆炸的根本原因,一旦发生事故极易造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,因此监测粉尘浓度,预防粉尘爆炸和职业病危害,对于涉尘企业安全生产工作具有重大的意义。通过研发全自动粉尘在线检测仪,并整合信息技术、云计算、物联网技术和事故预警技术,开发粉尘在线监测与事故预警系统平台,进一步掌握涉尘企业生产场所粉尘浓度指标,为企业和安监部门日常安全管理与监管、事故预防等提供科学的决策数据,从根本上提高粉尘事故预防与安全监管水平。...

| Bibliography: | Dust is one of the causes of occupation disease and explosion because it has multiple hazards,resulting in huge casualties and property damage.Therefore,the detection of dust concentration,the prevention of dust explosion and occupational harzards are of great significance for the safe production of dust related enterprises.It is objective to further understand the dust concentration index of dustexposed enterprises,the online monitoring for dust platform is established,together with the accident warning system.In developing the platform,the development of the automatic dust on-line detector is very critical.Meanwhile,the platform is integrated into many technologies,such as information technology,cloud computing technology,internet technology and accident warning technology,and so on.Hence,scientific decision-making data provided by the platform are important for the usual safety supervision and management.Furthermore,it fundamentally improves the level of dust accident prevention and safety supervision. 32-1 |
