抵抗素基因多态性与脑梗死的关系

目的研究抵抗素基因-420C/G位点多态性与脑梗死之间是否存在相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-高温连接酶检测反应技术,对426例脑梗死患者和305例健康对照者抵抗素基因-420C/G的多态性进行分析。结果脑梗死组的总胆固醇(TC)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。脑梗死组的三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖和血压高于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则降低。脑梗死组患者的-420C/G基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义,两组样本都符合H-W检验。脑梗死危险因素的logistic回归分析显示,收缩压、空腹血糖、LDL-C和TG水平的差异是脑梗死的独立...
