Abstract_FL The virtual experiment platform of fluid mechanics in Tongji University was developed by using modern multimedia technology and commercial software in this paper.The actual experiments of fluid mechanics were developed with the help of network auxiliary teaching platform and diversified teaching methods,made students to grasp intuitively to the performance of the fluid and the experimental content,and could fully improve and cultivate the students' innovation ability and practice ability.It was exercised by students whom came from civil engineering,water supply and drainage engineering and environmental engineering and so on,more than 10 engineering professionals in Tongji University.It obtained excellent experimental teaching results.At the same time,it promoted the construction of fine experimental project,and improved the experimental teaching level,and promoted the development of mechanics experiment center and Virtual Simulation Experiment of Mechanics Teaching Center.
